Short version
Bubba, Inc. (“we,” “us”) builds cMarket, cVision, Connected X, and games. We do not ask you to create an account with us, we do not run advertising, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
The one thing we need to know is whether you have purchased an item, so we can unlock it. That check happens through the app store or platform you bought it from — Apple, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, or Discord — and we never see your payment details.
The rest of this page explains that in full.
Information we collect
We do not require you to register, sign in to a Bubba, Inc. account, or give us your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address in order to use our apps.
We do not collect your contacts, photos, location, calendar, microphone input, or camera input. Our apps do not include advertising networks and do not build advertising profiles.
The limited information that does reach us falls into three categories, described below: purchase confirmations, Discord account identifiers in cVision, and ordinary server logs.
Purchases and in-app purchases
Our apps sell individual items — files, media, audio tracks, and unlocks. All payments are processed entirely by the store or platform you are using. We do not operate our own checkout.
We never receive or store your credit card number, bank details, billing address, or full name from a purchase. What we receive is a confirmation from the platform that a specific item has been purchased and should be unlocked.
Your payment is handled under the privacy policy of the platform you bought through:
- Apple — App Store
- Google — Google Play
- Amazon — Amazon Appstore
- Microsoft — Microsoft Store and Xbox
- Meta — Meta Horizon Store
- Discord — Discord in-app purchases
On most platforms, the record of what you own is held by the store itself. If you reinstall an app or move to a new device, the app asks the store what you own and restores it. See our support page for how to do that.
cVision on Discord
cVision runs as a Discord Activity. Discord requires an authorization step before the Activity can confirm what you have purchased, so this version does receive a small amount of account information that our other apps do not.
When you launch cVision inside Discord and approve the authorization prompt, we receive:
- Your Discord user ID and username
- The ID of the channel or server the Activity was launched in
- Your entitlement records for cVision — that is, which cVision purchases you hold and whether they have been used
We use this only to confirm you are entitled to an unlock and to deliver the content. We do not read your messages, your other servers, your friends list, or your email address. We do not post on your behalf.
You can revoke this authorization at any time in Discord under User Settings → Authorized Apps.
Games
Our games are played without a Bubba, Inc. account. Progress, settings, and any display name you choose are stored locally on your own device, not on our servers.
Where a game includes online multiplayer, other players in your session can see the display name you set and your in-game activity. Do not use a display name you would not want other players to see.
Games distributed through a store may be subject to that store's own data collection — for example, Google Play or Xbox recording that you installed or launched the game. That collection is governed by the store's privacy policy, linked above.
Server logs
Some of our features are served from the internet rather than bundled into the app. Like nearly all web services, the servers delivering that content keep short-lived technical logs that may include IP address, request time, the file requested, and browser or client type.
These logs exist to keep the service running and to detect abuse. We do not use them to build profiles, and we do not combine them with purchase records to identify individuals.
How we use information
We use the information described above only to:
- Unlock and deliver content you have purchased
- Restore purchases you already own
- Answer support requests you send us
- Diagnose crashes, bugs, and abuse of our servers
- Meet legal and tax obligations that apply to us
We do not use it for advertising, profiling, scoring, or automated decision-making, and we do not train machine learning models on it.
How long we keep information
Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then discarded. Discord identifiers used for entitlement checks are held only for as long as needed to complete the check. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and to keep a record of it.
Records of what you purchased are held by the store you purchased from, on their retention schedule, not ours.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion of it, object to or restrict its processing, or ask for a copy of it in portable form. Residents of California, the EU, the UK, and several other regions have these rights by law. We do not charge for exercising them and we will not treat you differently for doing so.
To make a request, email us at Betproductions23@hotmail.com and tell us which app you are asking about. We will respond within 30 days.
Because we hold very little information tied to you, the most effective way to remove your data is often at the source: revoke cVision's access in Discord's Authorized Apps settings, and manage your purchase history through the store you bought from.
Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Age ratings and content descriptors for each app are published on its store listing. Parents and guardians can restrict purchases using the parental controls built into each platform.
Security
Content we deliver is served over encrypted connections, and access to paid content is gated by short-lived tokens rather than open links. No system is perfectly secure, but because we do not hold payment details or account credentials, there is very little about you for us to lose.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the affected app's store listing release notes. Continuing to use our apps after a change means you accept the updated policy.
